When we first moved up here, several people swore that "Annapolis doesn't get much snow". They still manage to say that with a straight face.

Yes, that's almost a five foot drift.
And from what we're seeing on the news, there is plenty, plenty more to come in the next day or so.

Now you can be like Betty & I ... when we got to experience the snow of the century in North Augusta, right after moving here in '73 ... you can tell your grandkids about living through the snow of the millenium in Annapolis!
Wow!! I want to enjoy that for maybe a few hours and then I want my sunny south again! :) Carter would be miserable and Jack would love building a snow man! :) Enjoy!

Any colsolation, we got 12+ inches on Tuesday before the storm moved your way. But we are used to that, you aren't!
